Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping/ Processing:

We are currently not taking any international orders. All domestic orders will ship within 7-10 business days.

Shipping rate in the U.S. is a flat $5.95 fee. U.S. orders over $150 ship free.

Returns:

-Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

- We do not offer refunds to your method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at frondclothingco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address for your item to be sent. Returns will be processed within 7 days of Frond Clothing Co receiving the returned item. 

Please note that if the return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
